Midwest Precision Molding (MPM) is proud to be featured by BizTimes Media in its recent spotlight on modern manufacturing facilities throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

The feature highlights manufacturers that are investing in automation, advanced equipment and redesigned production processes to improve efficiency, precision and overall manufacturing performance. MPM was recognized for its injection molding automation supported by a six-axis robot, demonstrating our continued investment in advanced manufacturing technology.

At our Lake Geneva, Wisconsin facility, automation plays an increasingly important role in how we manufacture precision plastic components. By integrating robotics with our injection molding equipment, we can improve process consistency, repeatability and efficiency while reducing unnecessary manual handling.

These investments complement MPM’s modern injection molding equipment and allow our team to develop customized manufacturing solutions for projects involving tight tolerances, complex components, insert molding, overmolding and secondary operations. MPM’s facility includes more than 40 injection molding machines as well as newer Sodick presses and automation equipment.
